Rudy Moncayo

A relentless focus on the client experience along with helping clients meet their financial goals at every stage of their lives is Rudy’s objective.  Rudy’s 23-year financial services experience spans the client and business continuum, including leadership roles in Business Banking, Personal Banking, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Public Funds, Financial Accounting, and Internal Audit have cultivated Rudy with a deep understanding of service and client needs.

Rudy has excelled in various roles through local, national, and international banks in the Rio Grande Valley. Rudy started his Banking career at Bank of America in 2001 where Rudy was introduced to various banking roles, some that include Operation Service Management and Sr Personal Banker. Then he made a move to Wells Fargo where he excelled in his career as a Business Banker. Rudy then enjoyed being part of International Bank now known as Vantage Bank, Freedom Bank and Plains Capital Bank where he spent over 10 years of his career managing the accounting aspect of Plains Capital Bond Portfolio.

Beyond his professional career, Rudy was born in McAllen Texas and has lived most of his life in the Rio Grande Valley. Begin the first generation to graduate from a university, Rudy is a proud graduate from The University of Texas Pan American.  Rudy is also an active board member for ACTS in our local community, as well as a volunteer at different organizations such as Make a Wish, United Way of the Rio Grande Valley and the local Food Bank.
